Being active should be about having fun and being healthy not how many hours you logged or how hard you pushed yourself. Shine. .. Certainly its very important to have a lot of strategies in life to feel good, and not just be totally reliant on one like exercise. Ive had two kids and finally lost the baby weight about 1 1/2 years after my second with a controlled diet and walks. That is why rest is SO important in an exercise routine. Its refreshing and releasing to realize I can still be healthy without having to exercise vigorously.
